CONGRATULATIONS TO JERSEY CHIROPRACTOR GRANT HENDERSON!

Congratulations to Grant, who was recently presented with a Long Service Award by Professor Christina

Cunliffe, Principal of the McTimoney Chiropractic College.

Grant worked tirelessly with the profession in his early days after qualifying and whilst still living in the

UK; as Vice-Chair of the Executive Committee, running chiropractic conferences and tutoring at the

McTimoney Chiropractic College. He set up and ran a successful clinic in Alton, Hampshire before

bringing the great McTimoney Chiropractic technique to the Channel Islands in the early 90’s. He set up

clinics in both Guernsey and Jersey, eventually closing the Guernsey practice to focus on both his clinic

and growing family in Jersey.

Grant also established the first business in Jersey providing ergonomic advice and seating in the work

place, after qualifying as a workstation assessor 20 years ago. He has performed thousands of

workstation assessments for employers over the years and is well known to and recommended by many

of Jersey’s financial institutions, States departments and smaller offices alike. He now also holds the

industry recognised NEBOSH Health and Safety At Work qualification.

Grant often says he is “passionate about posture”. He is frequently asked to speak about how making

small changes to our workstations and working habits can produce a huge improvement to our physical

and mental wellbeing.
