WE REMAIN OPEN with a few tweaks! As we move through winter living alongside Covid-19 we thought we would update you, especially for those who haven’t seen us recently, on how that affects your experience when visiting for an appointment.

With the increase in stress and anxiety for many of us in the past twelve months, there has never been a more important time to ensure that your body is functioning at optimal level. Your mental health impacts on your physical health and vice versa. Think of a check-up as an MOT for your mind and body! Chiropractors work on diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, and the effects of these disorders on the function of the nervous system and general health. We focus on the spine and the neuro-musculoskeletal system and how conditions affecting these areas can affect your health and performance. We are trained to assess the neuro-musculoskeletal system and identify restrictions, imbalances and dysfunction. We are looking forward to helping you soon. When you book an appointment with us, either through our online booking or by phoning our reception team, you will receive an automatic email with a link to our Covid-19 Triage and Consent form and confirming your appointment date and time. We ask that you return this form 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Twenty four hours before your appointment you will receive a reminder text for your appointment, we have included the link to your Covid 19 Triage and Consent form, which must be completed and returned.

We ask you NOT to arrive early for your appointment, but as close as possible to the time. The waiting room is undergoing a refurb, which is on hold for a few more weeks. There are two chairs only in the waiting room and more seating available in the stretch area next to us. We ask you to use the hand sanitiser on the wall in the waiting area. We will take your temperature as you enter the room and run through a second triage form with you, don’t worry, we have this down to just a minute of your time!

Unless you are with us for acupuncture treatment, you may remain dressed for the treatment. Don’t worry the adjustments are as effective and feel pretty much the same. For increased infection control, we are dressed in scrubs and wearing aprons, masks and gloves.

Remember, you can pay contact free using Apple or Google Pay, however, we do use disposable covers for the card machine for payment otherwise. We are no longer printing off receipts for insurance repayment, but continue to email them to you immediately after payment.
